Serta hari ini, TeleLombaria sudah mengadakan wawancara dengan Paolo Scaroni, anggota dewan direksi Milan yang mewakili kepentingan Elliot yang juga sekaligus Wakil Presiden Rothschild.
“Saya tidak tahu apakah Milan akan mendapatkan uang untuk dapat membayar utang mereka. Itu merupakan urusan (CEO Marco) Fassone dan Li Yonghong. Secara teori itu mungkin saja, namun saya tidak dapat mengatakan dimana posisi kami sekarang ini,“ ungkapnya.
Apabila Li tidak mampu untuk membayar utangnya, Scaroni selanjutnya ditanya apakah Elliot akan mencoba menjalankan AC Milan sendiri?
“Saya tidak berpikir bahwa (CEO Elliott) Gordon Singer ingin menjadi presiden sebuah klub sepakbola. Pinjaman tersebut didalamnya mempunyai serangkain jaminan, maka apabila tidak dilunatsi, Elliot akan menjadi pemilik Milan untuk mendapatkan kembali uangnya. Skenario yang dapat terjadi, yaitu kreditor Elliot menjual Milan untuk mendapatkan uang nya. Sisa kredit lainnya akan dibebankan kepada Li,” sambungnya.
“Penjualan akan tergantung pada penawaran tertinggi. Para pemegang saham terbesar sejauh ini tetap menjaga janji mereka serta meningkatkan modal yang sudah disepakati didalam anggaran 2017/2018, rencana untuk AC Milan dari tahun 2017 sampai 2022, “ lanjutnya.
“Milan bekerja sangat aktif untuk dapat menarik banyak sponsor dari Tiongkok. Mereka sudah merekrut banyak pihak aktif, tetapi terlalu cepat untuk menarik kesimpulan,” tandasnya.
